Denise Alexander Biography |
Denise Alexander (born November 11, 1939) is a well-known American soap opera actress.
She originated the role of Susan Hunter Martin on Days of Our Lives (1966-1973). Also in 1973, she started on General Hospital, playing the incredibly popular role of Dr. Lesley Webber. She stayed with the show until 1984. In 1986, she was offered a big salary to portray absent McKinnon matriarch, Mary, on Another World, a role she played until 1989. Since 1996, she has played the character of Lesley on General Hospital, but only on a recurring basis. |
