Cesar Evora (born November 4, 1959) is an actor. He was born in Havana, Cuba. He is a naturalized Mexican citizen and has lived in Mexico for nine years.
Evora has been in more than ten movies made in Cuba, and two Mexican movies. He has appeared in 11 soap operas produced by the entertainment company Televisa. His hits include El Privilegio de Amar, Abrazame Muy Fuerte, Corazon Salvaje, Laberinto de Pasion, El Manantial, and his latest Entre el Amor y el Odio. Trampa de Muerte, a project with Mexican actor Fernando Colunga, is on hold as of August 2003. Evora is also working on a new soap opera called Mariana de la Noche which is scheduled to premiere in Mexico in October 2003 and in the U.S. in late May or early June 2004.
